Plastic Assembly
It is absolutely common that, both end-of-line or during production steps, some of the components that we produce, must be assembled in a more complex system; this is the process that we usually call as plastic assembly.
This service is usually supplied for free, just asking to our customers the pure cost of the components required on drawing. According our experience, we usually prefer to make assembly by our own, so that to calculate the correct interferences and do the job with ad hoc machines, to assure to end-user the highest quality.
Plastic assembly: machinery fleet and feasible assembly
D.H. Lamina boasts a complete machinery fleet when it comes about plastic assembly. Even if it would seem an easy job, also assembling requires a deep know-how and ad-hoc instruments and machineries. Choosing D.H. Lamina as your partner would mean counting on:
Hydraulics presses. Two ad hoc machines studied and personalized according our experience, to assure a perfect assembling of bearings, bushings or shafts of almost every small – medium dimension;
Ad hoc instruments. An entire department studied to be as performant as possible with ad hoc instruments to assemble every kind of threaded inserts and / or Helicoils.
Thanks to these instruments we can assemble a huge range of components, both commercial or according drawing, for example:
Bearings. We can assemble a full range of bearings, providing to purchase them by our own or in outsourcing. We collaborate with most European producers, assuring economical versions up to quality ones.
Inserts. Ensat, Helicoils and threaded inserts in general. We buy all these components from the most quality European Producer and we assemble them with ad hoc instruments;
Bushings. Most common bushings we actually mount are made of bronze and other thermoplastics. They must be mounted with attention and precision and we know the best interferences;
Shafts. Iron or steel axles can be assembled upon request; thanks to our collaborations we can provide to supply the entire system.
